This sounds like a pretty serious case of alpha-testing to me. Clear consequences, and the FOLLOW THROUGH.
I don't want to sound disrespectful by comparing kids to animals, but I do a lot of dog training, and I've found the similarities to be many. With difficult dogs, I adopt the "NFL" policy....No Free Lunch. EVERYTHING must be earned with appropriate behavior. EVERYTHING.
EVERY.
THING.
This sounds like it must be stopped NOW. Take it all away. Make life pretty darn sparse for a few days. Then reward appropropriate behavior with the restoration of a toy or game or privilege.
