Take a bottle of vodka. Pour off an ounce or two. You can either drink that or pour it down the sink! :)
Take maybe 5-6 vanilla beans, and make incisions lengthwise, but don't cut them in half.
Stick the beans into the bottle of vodka.
Let it sit in a cool, dry, dark place for a few months.
That's it. So easy, so cheap, so good!!
