oh no! I forgot to refrigerate amoxicillin (sp?) when i got it today is it still ok?, i just now out it in the fridge (4 hours later)? nt

I've been told that if you make a mistake like this and the meds go bad, and if you have prescription covereage, your insurance might pay (w you paying a co-pay). There's this oopsy type clause written in. nt.

I called my pharmacist once when this happened to me (I'd left it out on the counter overnight), and was told it was fine. . . that it would be fine at room temp unless it became too hot. nt
