- We still do cursive as a "subject" (about 5-10min/dy). He's fine w/ this. My ds prefers to write in manuscript. I do not require him to write in cursive. I don't even write in cursive all the time. nt - saved1112 8:45 Jun 1

- My boys (including one lefty) use Getty-Dubay Italic, with minor alterations. I'd never require them to write in cursive all the time if they'd rather not. Don't see the point. (nt) - Colleen 19:16 May 28
