My son has started to learn Spanish this past week and is loving it. He is picking it up so quick, that I'm having a hard time keeping up with him. He loves words, their meanings and origins. He has stated that he would like to learn Latin and Greek, he is only 5 and a half. He would also like to learn German, as that is where is dad was born.
Is there a limit to how much new language I should exopse him to, or should I just jump in and start him with the basics of each language and when he is older see which one he wants to study in more depth? Maybe have Monday, Spanish; Tuesday, Greek; Wednesday, German; Thursday, Latin and Friday as a review day?
He is already reading at 4th grade level. The more complex something is, the more he likes it.
