Hello Everyone,
I've read most of the TOG discussion below, but I still haven't found enough of an answer to my question. I hope that someone here can give me some good ideas.
We've basically followed the VP recommendations for the past 4 years. I've combined their history with SOTW. I am now considering TOG. I never even gave it a moment's notice in the past, but now I'm wondering if it might make my life easier.
This fall I'll be teaching 1st grade (to a 5.5yo and a 6.9yo), 3rd grade, and 5th grade. We are just finishing up SOTW 2, so we'll need whatever level of TOG works along with SOTW3. VP is kind of hopelessly off-schedule from SOTW and that has been a major source of stress for me.
This past year I kind of freaked out when I had to deal with teaching all four kids, and trying to keep it all together. I guess I'm looking at TOG because I'm hoping that it will help me to pull things all together better than just kind of basing things on the VP catalog.
Does this make any sense?
Any ideas at all?
