There are books on these topics in the supplemental reading list at the appropriate sections. I checked out some of these books and some videos (Schlessenger and Bill Nye, I think). We did the same for hurricanes and tornadoes which aren't covered in the main sections either. Sorry I don't really have other ideas for you.
