I've been using level 1 with my 7 yr old and two other children,ages 8 and 10. So far,they are enjoying it...but I just now realised, looking through the table of contents,that it doesn't cover earthquakes or volcanoes! How can you do earth science without earthquakes and volcanoes?! Anyone have any suggestions for simple yet worthwhile actvities or online lessons for those two topics,that can be covered in an hour or less? (yes, I know about making a volcano from baking soda and vinegar,but anything else?) Thanks.
