The first week it went well. He worked hard, worked ahead, and so had some free days at the end of the week.
This week ... well, he has a lot of work to do tomorrow (Saturday) ;-)
There are still certain things he has to meet with me on, but I think this is a very good learning experience for him, and he's ready.
