copywork & oral narrations for the 12yodd. For her grammar, I'd use something like Intermediate Language Lessons. Also, take a look at Writing Tales II or Classical Writing Aesop.

For your 14 yods, try Home2teach.com online writing classes. They're inexpensive, and I'm pleased with the results my 11th grader is experiencing as a late bloomer in the area of writing.

Wordsmith is another program that my ds loved at your ds's age.
