Apparently when I purchased TT Algebra 2, they weren't yet including the test solution CD. I have one on the way, but I've got a problem that's stumped me and it's driving me nuts. Could someone who has the Chapter 9 Test tell me for problem #22 which says

Solve each equation below. Be sure to give every solution.

x^4 - 9x^2 + 18 = 0

1) If I have an older copy where the problem is incorrect? (I rec'd a list of corrections for Alg 1, so I know they made some corrections in future printings)

2) If your answer key gives +/- sq rt of 6 and +/- sq rt of 3 as the answer.

3) If the problem is correct and the solution is correct, HOW in the world do you get the answer? I have made a list of all of the factors of 18 and substituted them in the equation to see if they were valid options. None of them were. Just for fun (:oP) I tried division with them anyway (x - 1, x - 2, x - 3, x + 6, etc.). None of them worked.
