Here's a pdf file of a publication called "Building Career Pathways". Beginning on page 8 it gives the 4-year plan for high school students pursuing each of the different "pathways," along with different options for continuing after high school (community college, 4-year college, apprenticeship, etc.) Then it gives ideas for careers that the student would be prepared for after completion. This is a great resource - lots of ideas for alternatives to the usual college prep track.
