Another Lightning Lit question (m)

We're considering it for use in our small co-op next year. Would you consider the student book enough to cover the course, or would you recommend that the teacher also purchase the English syllabus? The teachers are frustrated Stobaugh Lit Analysis users this year, so I know they will want to have everything they need to adequately teach the course.
