Question for momof7 regarding your writing strategy post below..

First, thank you so much for sharing that post with us. It was very helpful for me. I'm really struggling to plan (and execute) the proper writing development with my school-age children. Can I ask you what (if any) curriculum you used for the various stages? I am considering PTIW (Level 1) for my middle schooler and I was wondering if you have any advice for what background might be necessary prior to using PTIW?
