We just began Rosetta Stone this year. I bought a grammar supplement, but haven't started using it yet. My reason for this is that I want to let the immersion approach have some time to work before I 'muddy the waters' with written work. This may or may not be valid -- it's just my opinion.
However, when we do add in the grammar, I'll probably do it in addition to a lesson or part of a lesson three days a week. I don't want to skip RS entirely on school days, as I think the daily reinforcement is important. I have noticed that if you stop in the middle of a lesson, when you log in again, it will start exactly where you left off. So perhaps, I'll have them do half a lesson on the days they do RS.... ???
I hope someone who's already done this will answer!
