and listed my son's work by subject since he began HS work in 8th grade. He had no trouble with admissions. A lot depends on the schools you are applying to, how home school friendly they are and
what they would like to see. Some schools now have a standard form that they would like home schoolers to complete to indicated their course work. The biggest key, is to submit a professional looking transcript. Also, contact admissions early in the process to see if their is anything you should know prior to submitting your transcript.
