but I've had the same questions myself. I *think* we can do this! (But wait for advice from those who have been there already!) My oldest dd did Traditional Logic I in 7th grade and TL II this year, both h.s. level courses. I'm going to put them down as one year of logic for 9th grade. I'm going to do the same with Latin--count the first half of the Henle I book as Latin I, and the second half of the Henle I book as Latin II. This is based on advice from Memoria Press and others who say that most of the Latin grammar is covered in Henle I, and when the book is used by parochial schools they consider it to be equivalent to two years of h.s. level Latin.

So, my opinion, fwiw, is to go ahead and count h.s. level courses towards the h.s. transcript.
