For adults who are ESL, but HAVE learned English and just need to refine their pronunciation, what would you recommend?
I remember someone commenting in a spelling thread way back when that pronunciation rules and spelling rules were not the same. I know what they mean in a general sense but not in a specific sense - would you actually teach pronunciation rules/guidelines as distinctive from spelling rules?
Any thoughts welcomed,
